On Saturday, 27 June, Mark Claypool, Chef and Owner of Garibaldi’s in downtown Carson City, retired after 33 years of cooking fine cuisine for locals and visitors.
His recipes were iconic and we can only hope he left his recipe cards behind. Currently, the restaurant is undergoing some remodeling that may take up to two months and the manager, head waiter, and now chef Slade Siciliano is seeking to put his stamp on the restaurant should all go well.
